Struggling with My
Weight- Part 2
Lose Weight with Eat
Clean
By: Marini
Hi Peeps,
My
last post was in December 2015. Haha, why it took me a while to update my blog?
Well, nothing much to say actually. Furthermore, I write in my diary every day.
This post is about a promise that I’ve been made a long time ago (please refer
to this post: http://blue-bubble-blup.blogspot.com/2014/05/struggling-with-my-weight-part-1.html
)
If
you refer to that post, I was explaining my weight loss journey starting from
when I was young until year 2014. Between 2014 to Mid-April 2016 my weight was in
the range 79kg – 82kg. Sigh. Well…well…well…let me tell you something. Now my
weight is 68kg!!! Wink…wink…I never been in this 60’s kg for a long long long
long time. I lost 11kg in 6 months. Well, it’s not a great achievement but who
cares? After all, I am happy with the result. My next target is 65kg, 3 more kilos
Mar. You can do it. Chaiyok2. How I can get in this weight? FIY, I’ve been
through a lot of types of diet. No carbs diet, count calorie diet, Atkins Diet,Detox
Diet…you name it. I’ve tried everything but I did it with not enaough knowledge
until I came across to Eat Clean Diet. You can do your own research what Eat
Clean is.
Basically
I focus to eat clean since Mid-April 2016. I did some workouts – Zumba most of
the time and keep learning how to eat clean. From 79.2kg…here I am, 68kg and
still counting down. I still remember the time I skipped carbs but I forgot
that other foods that I took were not healthy. Now, I am wise, wise enough to
choose what I’m going to put in my mouth. Now I skipped salt, sugar and oil for
2 weeks, let the natural flavor lead your taste. Alhamdulillah, I lost 2.7kg. I
am so lucky because I join #GroupDietMokcikss . In this Whatsapp group, we
discuss everything about healthy diet and healthy life every single day. There
is a coach to monitor what we eat every day.
I
will show you what I eat within this 2 weeks. The keyword is: no processed
food. You have the choice to live your life. Choose wisely. Stay healthy, be
fit. Last but not least, congratulations Mar. You prove that hard work yields a
great result. Arios.
