Baby movement

By:
Marini Mohd Thaib

There is no word to describe my feelings when I felt my first baby movement in my belly. I don't really remember the exact date when I can feel it. It seems like a vibration in my stomach...like air bubbles and gassy. When my pregnancy is in 19 weeks I can feel the baby movement became stronger and now in 21 weeks I can feel my baby kicks every day. I am looking forward for her to kick so that I know she is ok in there, so that I feel we are connected to each other. I can't wait to experience more of my pregnancy. I will embrace it, after all, I was waiting for 8 years for this moment. Thank you Allah for answering my pray. You bless me in so many ways during my pregnancy journey. Can't wait to see my baby soon.

Blog = Facebook

Hi peeps...

From now on I will use my blog as my "medial social" platform to substitute my addiction on posting in Facebook.  Anything regarding of my personal stuff will be posted in here. I know that no one will read my blog anyway but I don't mind at all. I will just post about books and crafts in my FB from now on. Other than that, I will post in this blog. Actually, I enjoy expressing my feelings in words. Once in a while I will write in my diary but  writing in a blog is one of my ways to practice my writing skill in English. After all, practice makes perfect, right.

Pregnant after 8 years waiting

     By:
Marini Mohd Thaib

I am 5 weeks pregnant. It is too early to be excited but who cares. I am deserved to be happy after waiting for 8 YEARS. There is no word to describe my feelings. Why  am I posting this in my blog? Well, it is because I feel so giddy to tell to the whole world (all my friends I meant, especially in Facebook) but it is too early to tell everyone. Only a few of my friends knew about this. The selected one and I believe they will keep this little secret. So why posting in my blog if I want to keep it as a secret for a moment? It is because I am positive that no one from my friends will read my blog. I am sure of it.

25th of July 2017 is the day I knew I was pregnant.I can't believe it for a while. I went to see a doctor with my husband the following morning yes it was confirmed that I was pregnant. The doctor asked me to come back for another check up to make sure that the embryo is growing properly.  I really hope nothing bad will happen. I keep praying to God everyday. He gave me this pregnancy, I really hope that He will take care of it too. Amin.

I will not telling about the symptoms of my early pregnancy. You can find it yourself and my symptoms are quite same with other women. . I just want to let you know that I'm pregnant. Yes, I am pregnant. At last. Thank you Allah. Alhamdulillah. Hopefully it will grow healthily in my womb. Amin. See you in next March my child. Amin.

Struggling with My Weight- Part 2, Lose Weight with Eat Clean

Struggling with My Weight- Part 2
Lose Weight with Eat Clean

By: Marini

Hi Peeps,
My last post was in December 2015. Haha, why it took me a while to update my blog? Well, nothing much to say actually. Furthermore, I write in my diary every day. This post is about a promise that I’ve been made a long time ago (please refer to this post: http://blue-bubble-blup.blogspot.com/2014/05/struggling-with-my-weight-part-1.html )

If you refer to that post, I was explaining my weight loss journey starting from when I was young until year 2014. Between 2014 to Mid-April 2016 my weight was in the range 79kg – 82kg. Sigh. Well…well…well…let me tell you something. Now my weight is 68kg!!! Wink…wink…I never been in this 60’s kg for a long long long long time. I lost 11kg in 6 months. Well, it’s not a great achievement but who cares? After all, I am happy with the result. My next target is 65kg, 3 more kilos Mar. You can do it. Chaiyok2. How I can get in this weight? FIY, I’ve been through a lot of types of diet. No carbs diet, count calorie diet, Atkins Diet,Detox Diet…you name it. I’ve tried everything but I did it with not enaough knowledge until I came across to Eat Clean Diet. You can do your own research what Eat Clean is.

Basically I focus to eat clean since Mid-April 2016. I did some workouts – Zumba most of the time and keep learning how to eat clean. From 79.2kg…here I am, 68kg and still counting down. I still remember the time I skipped carbs but I forgot that other foods that I took were not healthy. Now, I am wise, wise enough to choose what I’m going to put in my mouth. Now I skipped salt, sugar and oil for 2 weeks, let the natural flavor lead your taste. Alhamdulillah, I lost 2.7kg. I am so lucky because I join #GroupDietMokcikss . In this Whatsapp group, we discuss everything about healthy diet and healthy life every single day. There is a coach to monitor what we eat every day.

I will show you what I eat within this 2 weeks. The keyword is: no processed food. You have the choice to live your life. Choose wisely. Stay healthy, be fit. Last but not least, congratulations Mar. You prove that hard work yields a great result.  Arios.

Stupidity leads to embarrassment

By:
Marini

Telling you the truth I did a lot of things that show my stupidity. I am not going to write down the lengthy list of my stupid acts. It is enough for me to say I will feel so embarrassed until I feel want to dig a hole in the sand and stuff my head into it. I keep doing the same mistakes; never take it as a lesson. I will not think twice before I want to do anything. It would be nice if I take just a brief seconds to think the impact of every acts that I am going to do. It is useless to regret after things has been done. Let past be the past. I should be careful of what I will think, say and do. My point is; think before you talk. You will regret if you slip out your words.

Kindness

By:
Marini

My friends always tell me that I am a kind person, a person who is willing to help anyone as possible as I could. They see me as a problem solver. I don't know whether it is true or not. After all, people is our best mirror to see the truth inside us.

My family will seek help from me if they need help in financial problem. A few of my friends also will seek me with the same problem. As long as I can remember, I helped them by lending them some money. Sometimes I gave them without having any intention to get the money back. It is called as "sedekah" or giving away as a charity. In fact, a few of my friends never return the money although they were making promises to pay me back. I don't mind at all. I call it as "tak ada rezeki" or having the faith that the money is not mine.

I am helping them not because I am so rich but because I know the feel of not having anything. However, sometimes I am thinking by myself, if I need help especially in money, who will help me? I can't think of any single person who really can help me. At least, that is what my husband always reminds me. By the way, I am so grateful of having a supportive husband who is always helps me to help people. He doesn't mind to help others too although sometimes he is nagging at me of being so kind to people without considering about ourselves. We argued about this a lot. For me, it is a great thing to do if we give people in need what we don't have but in his opinion we have to think about ourselves first before giving away to somebody else because if we are in trouble,no one we will help us. Well, I believe that God will reward us with a good thing if we help people sincerely.

"Sedekah" is one of the ways to clean our inner spirit. "Sedekah" is something that is encouraged in Islam. We share what we have to others without hoping to get rewards from them. "Sedekah" also is one of the efforts that I need to do to get pregnant. "Make a lot of sedekah, then Allah will ease you to conceive", some people will say. That is what we as a husband and wife is doing right now and in sha Allah will continue doing it.

In spite of helping people with money, my friends also see me as someone who will ease someone's work. My principle is if we ease other people's business, Allah will ease our business too. But my problem is I don't like to seek help from people because I am afraid to be rejected although I never reject when people need my help but I believe somehow Allah will help me in some other ways. I will keep helping people the best way as I could and I give my whole hope to Allah to take care of my business like I take care of others' business as well.

Spread your kindness to everyone today. You may not know how Allah will pay for your kindness. Always have believe in Allah which He will take care of you when you are in a big trouble. Sometimes He will send an angel(malaikat) to help you,who knows.

Pen off.
